How much is shipping and handling ?
Shipping and handling charges are very clearly specified on each and every auction page. If you purchase multiple items we do combine shipping. You pay the S&H rate of the item with the highest cost shipping & handling and each additional item has free shipping.

Now ebay customer service reps will often tell ebay buyers to contact sellers asking for a mutual withdrawal of sale. What they usually fail to tell buyers is that this is totally optional for sellers, and if accepted it is a time consuming manual task and the seller loses money in the form of no listing fees are reimbursed and again it is a manual task and time consuming. Plus the eBay system does not allow for a seller simply to cancel a sale and it requires buyers acceptance after it is requested, so we now would be dependent on buyers following through and we will not take this chance as it would have to be manually tracked. So please do not contact us asking for a mutual withdrawal of sale as we never will accept this option.
Anyway if you bought 2 or more of the same item, or bought an item you no longer desire or simply made a mistake please do not contact us or email us as there is nothing we can do about it.

I made a mistake on where I want my item shipped
We will only ship to the address that you provide Paypal during checkout. this is ebay and paypal rules not ours. If you have an issue with this contact paypal at 1-888-221-1161.
We do not and cannot change ship to addresses after payment is made, we do not refer to any notes left in the paypal payment notes section, and we cannot refer to separate emails regarding this. Once your order is paid it cannot be altered or changed in any way, shape or form.

What is your return policy?
We only accept returns if the packs are sent back in their original condition. Obviously we can't accept returns on opened baseball packs. It is up to the buyer to inspect the packs prior to opening them.
Please note that shipping & handling is non refundable and in cases where we offer free shipping or we ship an item for less than actual cost, the exact postage will be deducted from any refunds.
It is the buyers responsibility to send items back to us.

I only received one box of cards
All orders are shipped in one box. If you ordered 2 lots of 100 cards, we would ship you 1 box containing 200 cards. If you bought 10 lots of 100 cards we would ship you a box of 1,000 cards

I would like feedback for this transaction
Our system is totally automated and it will automatically return any positive feedback left for us with a positive feedback for buyer, but only after feedback is left for us. This ensures us the transaction went smoothly and the customer is satisfied.

What kind of deal would you make me if I bought multiple lots
After paying overhead, and eBay fees (which have doubled in the past year) we have paper thin profit margins. Bottom line: There are no "deals". This is the best deal you will find anywhere on the net. Take it or leave it!
