We are Phillip and Anna Scheller, owners of Ceniza 7 Properties, our goal is to provide you with first class temporary lodging at affordable prices. As former members of the military, we have relocated and lived in temporary lodging often. We know first hand the importance of having a nice, safe place to live when away from home. Hotels are great for a while, but nothing beats the feel of home, especially when you are away.

The beginning of a wonderful Real Estate partnership

While one woman on a cold October day in Washington was racing to the hospital to give birth to her baby boy, another woman in North Carolina was aching to hold her first child who would come just 6 days later. These two children, born only 6 days apart on different sides of the country, would meet at college in Washington, fall in love . . .

When we started 5 years ago, we began with unfurnished homes to cater to the need of military and government employees who wanted the convenience of a good home without the headache of selling it when they were transferred away. When we bought our first fourplex, we furnished one of the apartments, like a home for those not interested in buying their own furniture. Soon, word got out and we found we needed more to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
Customer service is our number one priority. From your first phone call to the last day of your stay in Del Rio, you are given warm personal attention.
