At our fitness center and gym, we offer strengthening and body building with hand weights, treadmills, and bikes. We have aerobics classes with certified trainers Monday thru Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can join in our pilates, tumbling, and dance classes; we offer aerobics classes for all ages.
