Our NEW climate-controlled storage building is NOW LEASING! Eighty units to choose from! Sizes range from 5x5 up to 10x20, with very affordable pricing beginning at $55 with a MOVE IN SPECIAL for a limited time of only $50 on any unit.

With insulation and both heating/air conditioning, our climate-controlled building affords a better environment for special items, as well as a more comfortable environment for tenants when accessing their valuables.

Each aisle of the new building requires a separate passcode for access from the outside. Each tenant then has a personal lock for thier storage unit inside. This arrangement offers extra security for storing finer belongings, plus additional privacy. Our video cameras record 24 hours/7 days per week both inside and outside the climate-controlled building as well.

MINI-WEST SECURITY FEATURES
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. We are a gated storage facility with video surveillance that records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A passcode system allows tenants to conveniently enter the gate during the day and evening when our office is closed. Our gate is locked from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. in order to provide higher security.
