Roberto TorresFormer Manager of Gulf Coast Legal Foundation
Roberto Torres is a life-long resident of Galveston. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in May 1984 and was licensed to practice law in November 1984. In May 1985, Roberto became a staff attorney with the Gulf Coast Legal Foundations Galveston branch office, representing low income clients in areas such as family law and protecting victims of family violence, Social Security disability, consumer and tenants rights, etc. A few years later, Roberto was named as the managing attorney for the Galveston branch office, at one-point supervising 5 staff attorneys. In December 1995, Roberto left Gulf Coast Legal Foundation and entered private practice. Roberto is fluent in Spanish.

Salvador E. FausFormer Felony Prosecutor
Salvador Faus is a long-term resident of Texas City. He has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Texas A&M University, graduating cum laude. He then went on to Baylor Law School and graduated in 1993 with a Juris Doctor degree. Upon graduation, Salvador joined the Gulf Coast Legal Foundation as a staff attorney from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, Salvador became an Assistant District Attorney with the Galveston County DAs office. He excelled as a Felony Prosecutor, and worked there for 4 years. In 2000, he entered private practice. Salvador is fluent in Spanish.
