Attorney Kelly Chaves is board certified in Immigration & Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She graduated from the University of Houston Law School in 1985, and immediately began her career in immigration law with Peter Williamson of Williamson & Chaves in downtown Houston. With over 24 years of experience in immigration law, she has successfully assisted many people in obtaining nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and U.S. citizenship.
Ms. Chaves is pleased to both live and work in The Woodlands. She moved from the FM 1960 area to The Woodlands in 2000 when her husband accepted a position with Conroe Independent School District (CISD). Her office is conveniently located in the South Commons on "Market Street" in The Woodlands, Texas.
