Thomas P. Finley, Jr. graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 1986 with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Baylor University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) I have been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1986.
