My name is John Jefferson, III. I am a Certified Culinarian with the American Culinary Federation and graduate of the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Dallas. In addition to my institutional training, I have worked over the pastcouple of years ata 4-star hotel and a fine dining prime rib steakhouse. Currently I am a full time chef for a corporate catering company.
I now wish to bring my refined skills and culinary expertise into your kitchen.I specialize in making private restaurant qualitydinners for 1-6 people in your home for you and/or those you care about. Based on your needs and your budget, I can either come to your home and make a meal out of food you already have in your refrigerator, shop for and prepare a specialized meal for you to finish in the oven yourself just before your guest arrive or shop, prepare, cook and serve a 3-course meal (paired with wines) for you and your guest as well asclean-up afterwards - leaving you 100% worry free enjoyment with your friends or family.
