Under 1500 sq ft-$200.00; Under 2500 sq ft -$225.00 ; Under 3000 sqft -$250.00 (total sq ftg -including garage).Please add $25.00 for pier & beams.

An inspection generally takes 2-3 hrs -depending on the size of the home.
After the inspection the buyer knows the true condition of the house they're buying. Hiring someone to pull theelectrical panel and check outlets & switches, check theheat & air Conditioning, the plumbing fixtures & drains,, open the windows & doors, and check the attic structure, insualtion and ventiation & roof condition - an opportunity to look before you buy.
