Our newly renovated motel offers 27 guestrooms equipped with 27 inch television with satellite channels and mini-fridge. All new furniture including a cushioned recliner. Free wireless high-speed internet access is available in the office building, the motel rooms and RV Park. Our swimming pool is open for our motel guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

About Lake Fork
Lake Fork is located approximately 80 miles east of Dallas, Texas. All Seasons Lake Fork Resort is located off FM 515 about 1 mile south on FM 17. Surrounding towns are Emory, Alba, Yantis, Winnsboro and Quitman. Sulphur Springs, Texas is about 18 miles north.
Lake Fork is known for trophy bass fishing, holding the state record of 18.18 caught in January, 1992. Lake Fork is a great fishing lake for any angler, with the lake's under-water structure and great vegetation which make Lake Fork the perfect fish habitat, not only for bass but crappie, catfish and bluegill.

Lake Fork Golf Course, also an 18 hole golf course located on Lake Fork approximately 8 miles from Emory, Texas 903-473-3112. Mineola Country Club located in Mineola, Texas the Country Club offers one of the best-ranked nine-hole golf courses in the state 903-569-2400.

For the shopper: There are various antique malls in the surrounding towns, Vanity Fair Factory Outlet Shops are located in Sulphur Springs. Canton's First Monday Trade Day, World renown incredible flea market located about 1/2 hour drive from Lake Fork, held the first Monday of every month (Thursday Thru Monday).

Athens, Texas located about an hour drive from Lake Fork hosts the state of the art fish hatchery. The hatchery offers something of interest to everyone who is fascinated by water and the plants and animals that make up the aquatic world.
Annual Flowering Trails & Festivals: Tyler, Texas Azalea Trails, Quitman, Texas Dogwood Festival, Winnsboro, Texas Autumn Trails. All are located close by with Tyler being about an hour's drive. These all are spectacular sights and some simply breath-taking.
