Beautiful coop, and their customer service and policies are second to none. When my coop arrived with a damaged pipe (due to shipping mistreatment), I phoned and was promised that a replacement would be sent out very away, which it was. The coop was simple to put together and looks fantastic. It's pricey, but it's well worth it.
