Colair, Inc. was established in 1985 by Ruben Sanchez. What initially began as a 1 vehicle company headquartered in a garage belonging to Ruben's father, has grown into a thriving multiple-vehicle business having served over 20,000 customers.
Ruben S. graduated with his HVAC certificate from TSTI in the late 70's and later went on to work as a maintenance supervisor for a factory in McAllen. After a few years he decided it was best that he venture out on his own. He took the state license exam for HVAC and began Colair, Inc. and the rest as they say is history.
