In 2014 after having my second child, I was looking for a fun way to workout. After trying multiple fitness classes, I decided to create my own workout routine on Bollywood songs. My passion for music, choreography, and fitness played a huge rule as I came up with a 60-minute intense cardio class with a mix of desi, bhangra, and hip hop moves. The name BollyBeatsFitnes to keep the essence of inspiration from Bollywood songs. The routine is never dull, and each class brings new songs, enthusiasm, and fun workout environment. No matter what level of fitness you have, you will love the vibe and energy in the class. The power of the class is from the people who show up, let themselves free, and decide to give their best and have fun at the same time. As someone in my class said, this class is "FUN, FITNESS AND FANTASTIC."
