Thinking of owning a Texas Real Estate Brokerage?

Texas Broker Entity can make that happen!  Don’t have to be a Broker!  We require a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License and some experience – after all, you are starting a legitimate real estate brokerage.   

You simply form a Texas Limited Liability Company (LLC) then file with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for a Business Entity Broker’s License. We act as the individual sponsoring broker.  We are currently members of ABOR (Austin area), MetroTex (Dallas area), GFWAR (Fort Worth), HAR (Houston area), SABOR (San Antonio area), and Four Rivers. We can join any board in Texas if it is feasible so if your board is not listed, just let us know.
