I wanted to leave my thoughts after a great experience we recently had with ClaimsMate in Dallas. We hired a public adjuster within days of our home flooding due to a burst pipe. We have never had to file a home claim before, so we were a bit clueless about the claim process. Our adjuster walked us through the process and explained how everything worked. The fee structure was clearly explained upfront, and I never felt pushed or pulled in any direction. It was a sense of “here are my services, here’s what I think we can get, here’s how much I can cost. ” For me, I really appreciated that, and it ultimately worked out to both our benefits.
