We offer specialized equipment such as free weights, stability balls, and a variety of cardio machines. Our gym features a full line of group fitness classes also known as aerobics classes or group exercise classes; including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, circuit training, abs classes, Boot Camps, Group Personal Training and much more.
What really sets us apart from other local San Antonio gyms or any womens gyms in general is our fully equipped spa focused on womens fitness.
