Keen Appliance Repair - Conroe - Reviews

This company is terrible. I called them to repair my refrigerator. They sent Kevin. He was supposed to call back with an estimate. After 5 days of no call, I called Keen's office. I was told the owner would call back right away. No call. Kevin did call on day six with a $475 estimate and he would have to order the parts. The following week Kevin installed the parts. When he left not only the refrigerator was not working, the freezer stopped working. I called Kevin, no answer. I called the company and was told the owner would call me back immediately. No call. Two days later Kevin called and would come out the next day. No one came. The following day, after I sent numerous texts, Kevin sends a picture of a wrecked car saying he had spent the night at the emergency room. The following week, no calls from Kevin or his company. I had another company come out and replace the fan motor at the time of the service call. This company and their employee are unprofessional and unreliable.
