Our approach is integrative as well as holistic, meaning that we look at the whole person which includes cognition, emotions, physical health, relationships, and culture. We also treat individuals suffering from shame issues that often create an addiction such as pornography, substance (such as drugs), and behavioral (obsessions). There are numerous approaches to therapy; people have different needs based on their individual, couple or family situation. Our focus is for individuals to obtain self discovery and work towards wholeness.
