Emmpower carries out ICF accredited coach certification program to help the worldwide executive coaching practice by increasing executive coaches. Their association with the member goes past its programs.

Emmpower, a mentoring, leadership development, and coaching organization was established in 1995 by Leni Sara Mathews. Emmpower is occupied with upgrading human potential in the corporate world at individual, group and organizational levels. It's ability lies in co-making a custom designed experiential, mixed learning approach to address particular organization requirements of clients. This incorporates leadership competence, executive coaching, mentoring, executive coaching, people management skills, cultural integration as well as change management.

Emmpower’s core skill emerges from continuous R&D, application of Behavioural Science Data Analytics relevant to business, and the use of the Coaching Approach with Profiling Tools like MBTI managed by Certified Assessors.

The main objective of Emmpower is to wake the soul in all humanity; find their actual nature and potential, make a universe of peace, sympathy and aggregate celebration that shows our most noteworthy calling. The vision of Emmpower is to essentially touch and enable the lives and dreams of 1,25,000 pioneers, mentors as well as coaches by 2025 through mentoring and coaching at personal and organizational levels equally.

We have on board a team of Coaches and Mentors/Trainers who have differed work experience and capability in specific domains and at leadership levels.
