Darian Kaar and his wife Vladislava Kaar, Vlada, are complete and utter con artists. They not only do not pay their trades, they have several lawsuits by construction people, designers, architects, etc. that they used to work on the homes they built never to pay them or to reverse any charges.
They also have several mechanics liens by these people they have wronged.
Do not trust them, they are liars and they will try to nickel and dime you and even still not pay you in the end! Be warned!
