In August of 2000, the law firm of Little, Oliver and Gallagher was opened in Ardmore, Oklahoma by Scott Gallagher and Dan Little. Scott and Dan were soon joined by their longtime friend, Steve Oliver. Our firm strives to maintain a small town atmosphere with a commitment to simple principles: be open, honest and be hard-working while at the same time providing our clients with the best legal representation they can find anywhere. Along with our efforts to provide a friendly and open environment, we possess the education, experience, and knowledge of the law to resolve any issue for our clients. Following these principles, Dan, Steve, and Scott attempt to maintain a high quality law practice that serves a wide variety of needs in our community.

While many of you may already know our attorneys personally, you may not know about their background and preparation for the practice of law. The background for all three attorneys shows the grass roots of growing up in a small town while excelling in education.
