Cornerstone Animal Hospital is a North Richland Hills, TX animal care facility providing comprehensive specialized care for companion animals. We offer complete veterinary wellness care services ranging from diagnostic testing to dental and surgical procedures at our state of the art 4000 square foot facility located at 8505 Davis Blvd. 

We are centrally located in between Keller, Southlake, and Colleyville. We provide advanced diagnostic procedures, sophisticated technology, and the exceptional skills of Dr. Mathew Thomas, who is a licensed veterinarian. We consider ourselves your primary veterinary care facility. Our goal is to provide incomparable service to our patients and their human families.

Amenities: At Cornerstone Animal Hospital, your pet will have access to some of the most advanced diagnostic equipment and procedures. These include digital x-rays, in hospital blood testing, urinalysis, parasite testing, eye pressure screening, ECG, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure measurement. Our in-hospital blood testing allows us to perform chemistry testing, complete blood counts, electrolytes, and thyroid testing. This level of available in-house services increases the level of care we can provide by allowing you to receive answers the same day.
