Dr. Kelly McElmurry grew up in Gulfport, MS. She attended Rhodes College in Memphis, TN where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Following college, she attended the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry where she earned her DMD. While in dental school Dr. McElmurry was an active member of the Mississippi Association of Women Dentists and American Student Dental Association. She also had the opportunity as a student to travel to Haiti with a dental mission team and be a part of providing much needed dental care to this very deserving community. 

Dr. McElmurry loves being a member of the Sage Dental team. Her goal every day is to provide the highest level of care possible to each one of her patients. It is her top priority to not only provide excellent dental care but also make each patient comfortable with their individual treatment plan. It is important to her to take the time to thoroughly explain all treatment needs so that each of her patients is able to make a well informed decision that is best for them. 

Dr. McElmurry married her husband Bobby in the summer of 2013. Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. McElmurry loves being outdoors, spending time with friends and her new husband, and exploring Houston!

After many years in my profession each of us still genuinely enjoys what we do as dentists. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and the friendships that we've built with patients and their families are what make our jobs so rewarding! We want to make each patient feel at home when they come for treatment, and we work hard to give our patients the attention and quality they deserve. 

All our doctors have a significant commitment to continuing education. Our office is constantly upgrading and all efforts are made to stay current with the latest dental technology and treatments. Our patients deserve the best, and our investment in furthering our education allows us to provide our patients with more options and better results. 

We are blessed to be part of such a wonderful community, and we believe strongly in giving back to the people we've worked with over the years. Every year our office supports local charities and nonprofit organizations with fundraisers and other events.
