Hinzes BBQ and Catering specializes in pecan smoked meats, homemade desserts, and a delicious array of home style sides along with freshly baked homemade bread. We are located at 2101 Hwy 36 South in Sealy, TX.....just south of IH-10. We cater parties, weddings, reunions, and other events. Our famous brisket is smoked a minimum of 16 straight hours on our pits for that just right taste. Along with our numerous types of smoked meats and homemade BBQ sauce we offer hand battered chicken fried steak and chicken. Catfish, shrimp, burgers and fries and BBQ stuffed potatoes add to the long list of entrees that is sure to please and served each and every day. Come out and visit us!!
