Rebuilders Specialty, Inc. was founded in 1959. RBS is celebrating it's 53rd year in business!

Mike Musser and Jack Adam are the current owner/operators. Mike & Jack have over 85 years of automotive experience between them and strive to remanufacture and supply the industry with top notch, quality parts!

RBS operates out of 2 locations in TEXAS. One in GRAND PRAIRIE, TX., which Mike manages and does most of the sales/marketing/internet for the company while Jack oversees the daily remanufacturing operations of the FORNEY, TX. plant and machine shop.

The company started out rebuilding choke pull offs in the 1950's (which continues to supply industry icons like Holley, A-1, SMP) and has evolved in to one of the premier suppliers of gasoline injectors/components to the aftermarket today. RBS does their own plastic injection molding and supplies most key aftermarket companies plastic items from pintle caps to the GM Vortec "spider" tubes & clips!

RBS specializes in several categories of fuel injectors like TBI for the gas & marine industry - which encompasses "BIG BLOCK" muscle cars - by converting small block unit TBI's to big blocks for most applications. These can be custom calibrated to different lbs. per hour needs and laser welded for accuracy! RBS also specializes in GM multec style units for Corvettes that must be opened up for rebuilding them the right way the first time. RBS has also mastered the 3 generations of Vortec "spider assemblies" as well - as the company even rebuilds and replates the pressure regulators "in house" on these Vortec units! We now have the GEN III units available for shipping and also the plastic tubes/clips in bulk.

RBS entered into diesel injection in 2006 and since has become a full line supplier of diesel injection &  components for 1 ton and down but can special order any type over the road injector/pump through several OEM sources. RBS currently offers diesel injectors, high pressure pumps, wastegate actuators, IDM's, FICM's and looking into other segments of diesel to compliment the current lineup and product offering. RBS will soon stock gaskets, sensors, and several other components to make them a 1 stop diesel supplier shop!
