The Jenkins 2010 Parade Home was a huge hit with those in attendance! See some of the interviews at the 2010 Parade of homes here. After the last successful Parade of Homes in 2008, Jenkins Custom Homes was receptive to the idea of another Parade, especially since this one will be a custom home for a client. The 2008 Parade Home, featured in the Winter 2009 issue of Dolce Vita magazine, was 7,000 square feet of pure custom home luxuryyou can read more about this home here. Jenkins Custom Homes has a strong history of designing and building exceptional show homes. In 2006, the Jenkins Showcase of Homes entry was recognized as the Best Custom Home in Texas by the Texas Association of Builders and resulted in Jenkins being named the 2006 Custom Builder of the Year. In 2004, Jenkins was also invited to build a custom home for the Showcase of Homes. This custom home was also recognized with a Star award and was featured on the cover of Frontgate Magazine.
In 2009, Jenkins participated in the Parade of Homes at Skywater in Horseshoe Bay. This home won every single People’s Choice Award in every category! This custom home also won several state-wide Star Awards by the Texas Association of Builders, including Best Custom Home in its price category.
