On-site services
Because of advancement in our technology tools, we have now been enabled to change to a solely On-Site Service company. About the only thing that has changed that you may have noticed, is that there is no longer a place to drop off equipment in Canton. All it takes is a phone call and we will meet you at your location to get your problems resolved in a timely manner.
REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES
We now have better tools available to enable us to remotely control your computer from our offices without the need for us to be on-site. Obviously, there will be some restrictions and/or exceptions that still requires us be present with the hardware. Even if you are a first time customer, in many cases, we can resolve your issues remotely.
Our response times may vary depending whether or not we are currently helping other customers.
