. . . the National Center for Montessori Education-Houston. NCME-Houston is a Montessori teacher education institute approved by the American Montessori Society (AMS) and the Texas Workforce Commission. It is also accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Commission for Teacher Education (MACTE).

Executive Director

Myle Vo received her Montessori Primary certification from Institute Catholique de Paris, France, and her Montessori Elementary certification from N.C.M.E. in San Diego, California. She received her B. A. in Elementary Education and French from East Texas State University. She has been a Montessori teacher since 1980. She has written various training manuals and designed educational materials. She directs Montessori Learning Institute, a school in the Houston area for children ages 1 to 11, and teaches Elementary children in her school.

Teaching Faculty

Our faculty is composed of dedicated, experienced, and knowledgeable instructors. They share their vast knowledge and great love of learning with students, and guide them into becoming efficient, caring and strong teachers for young children. Their goal is to facilitate the development of teachers into competent guides who nurture the children's love of learning and help them achieve their full potential.
