About Individualized Systems

Individualized Systems is a minority-owned business which has been operating since 1986. Started part-time in my home, we have grown steadily over the years and, in 2007, we finally realized our long-time dream of owning our own building.
We service clients throughout the United States as well as parts of Canada and Mexico. In addition to offering a full array of financial and tax services, we specialize in helping Individuals and Small Companies (including Corporations and Partnerships) maintain their Tax and Financial records, assisting them in keeping their statements accurate and up do date as well as working with Federal and State taxing authorities if problems do arise. Our goal is to provide the same services to individuals and small businesses that larger firms provide to big corporations but at prices and terms geared towards the individual and privately-owned business. To reach that goal we have established the following objectives:

Ensure accurate, timely and adequate financial records are maintained
Educate the owners so they understand the process and financial reports
Facilitate timely filing and payment of Federal and State taxes
Assist the business with improved internal controls that protect assets
Present the owner with options for controlling and improving cash flow and business growth
