Repairs are inconvenient enough, so German Autowerks strives to meet your service needs conveniently and cost-effectively. To facilitate your busy schedule, we will pick up your car from your home or office within our Valet Service Area* and deliver it back to you after your repairs or completed. If you prefer to drop it off, we will drive you to your home or workplace and pick you up when the car is ready.

When you entrust your fine European vehicle to us, we service it the way we would want our own vehicle service. Our written guarantee covers parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles. We operate our business with a simple but powerful promise to our customers: Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Roadside assistance and towing services are available. If you experience a mechanical problem on the highway, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. If you are outside our service area, we will help you find and coordinate service and repairs. We consider you our customer, whether you are near home or far away.
