Plan your visit today with our easy-to-use online reservations system. "R" Place RV Park and Campground is conveniently located on East U.S. Highway 84 between Rusk and Palestine, Texas. Our park is open year round, so you can stay with us during any season of the year. We offer superb amenities at our Texas campground with a catch-and-release fishing pond and pier, playground, camp store, book swap, and family activities.

You can make "R" Place RV Park and Campground into your home base while you head out to explore nearby attractions like the Longest Foot Bridge, the Grapeland Drive Thru Safari, and the Texas Steam Train Excursions and Museum. You can head to Tyler to see the animals at the Caldwell Zoo or the paintings at the Tyler Museum of Art. And you won't want to miss a day of bass fishing on lovely Lake Palestine!

Start your day off right with free coffee from our camp office while you plan excursions to the Cherokee County Motorsports Park or to Lake Jacksonville. You can join us in October for the annual Texas Rose Festival at the Tyler Rose Museum or over Memorial Day weekend for the Annual Fair on the Square in Rusk. In March we celebrate the beauty of flowers during the Dogwood Festival and Parade and the Annual Azalea and Spring Flower Trail.
