Our Dallas Automotive Repair Shop
Marshall Motors is no ordinary automotive service facility. When you walk into the lobby you will notice it does not look like a repair shop, it looks more like an art gallery. That is because January is an art collector and is proud to showcase local artists in the reception area. All the art that you see when you walk in is available for purchase. They even host a wine and cheese reception for each artist that is featured.

The next thing you will notice is how clean the shop is. There are three large windows in the reception area that let you see everything in the shop, and you can even watch your car while its being worked on. In fact, our technicians will often take you to your car while in the shop to show you what is wrong with it.
We do any kind of service or repair you may need for your foreign German or Japanese import vehicle – from oil changes, to computer diagnostics, to major overhauls.

All of our mechanics are very skilled craftsmen and exceptional in their level of detail. Thom and January are perfectionists, and they demand the same of their staff. Each vehicle that is serviced at Marshall Motors receives a 97-point inspection at no additional charge. Every detail about the condition of your car is carefully recorded. When the repairs on your car are completed the work is still not done. Marshall Motors performs quality assurance on all their repairs. Another technician is assigned to confirm all repairs were completed and there were no items missed on the 97 point inspection. Finally, your car receives a meticulous cleaning before it is returned to you.
There are no surprises at Marshall Motors. We do what we say we will do, and we will not perform any repairs unless approved by you. You will never be surprised with a larger repair bill than you were expecting.
