Patsy's, everything is freshly made after the order is taken; never frozen.
Since 1996, Patsy has been making custom made shaped cakes, cookie cakes, sheet cakes, cupcakes, cupcake cakes, rice krispie cakes, petite fours, cookies, bar cookies, decorated cookies, wedding and groom's cakes. Patsy has been able to create some very unique tiered and shaped cakes. All of the cakesare iced with buttercream frosting.Available flavors are vanilla, yellow, chocolate, fudge marble, confetti and spice. There is an extra charge for German chocolate, pineapple, strawberry, lemon, hummingbird, carrot, red velvet, and pina colada.We also have these fillings - Bavarian cream, chocolate, coconut cream, lemon, strawberry, cherry and raspberry - at an extra charge. All occasion sheet cake and cookie cake orders must be placed at least4 days or more in advance. Shaped cakes, tiered cakes and decorated cookie orders must be placed at least7 days or more in advance. Please place your order early to reserveyour date. Wedding cake orders need to be placed2 months or more in advance. Place your order early to insure that your wedding date is available. A deposit of 20% of the total amount secures the date for you. Wedding consultation by appointment only. Patsyinvites you to come by in person to order one of her cakes or create your own unique cake.
