Founded in 2008, Rosinka opened its doors to a new concept in food and beverage pairing. We offer carefully selected food combinations that are matched to various spirits: wines, whiskey, vodka, beer, cognac/brandy, and others are in the planning stage. Our selections are based on a profound research of history, traditions, science, and the collective wisdom of experts in this field.
Our product is named Spirit Companion. We celebrate the great word Spirit in the title of our product for its metaphor. And this is why our Spirit Companions include toasts, interesting stories, legends, humor, and curious historical anecdotes. With these we kept in mind the importance of emotional enjoyment brought through a glass of wine or a shot of vodka.
