Welcome to the website of the El Paso Bar Association ("EPBA"). First established in 1897, our association exists to serve the legal community and public of El Paso County Texas by promoting high standards of integrity, honor and courtesy within the legal profession, and fostering positive relations among the community, lawyers and the judiciary.

Our website is designed to serve those goals and offers information or access to many of the programs offered by EPBA which are in place to serve our community and our membership. Those programs include continuing legal education for legal professionals, a Lawyer Referral Service, and a variety of activities and programs available throughout the year. Please take note of our Membership Directory which provides contact information and other data to the public about all current members of the association.

Most of our professional information and all of our public program information links are open to the public here. However, some services are reserved for members only. If you are a licensed attorney or other qualified legal professional, check out our join section so you can have full access to the resources we offer to legal professionals.

The Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas is requesting that paralegals across the State of Texas participate in a salary survey. The direct link below is to the 2010 Paralegal Division (Division) of the State Bar of Texas Compensation Survey. The information from this survey will be used to generate reports that will allow paralegals in Texas to see how their compensation packages compare to others in their geographic region. By completing the survey you are helping the Division to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Each question can be answered by simply checking a response or filling in a blank. All responses will be kept anonymous.
