We are a residential real estate brokerage and we provide every service that that title implies. However, we only charge 4.5% or less to list and sell your home.
We also offer full representation to buyers of new or used homes. Before you go shopping for your new home, talk to us. We can help you at no additional cost to you.
We work with you through all phases of your home sale or purchase:

Establishing the listing price for your home
Scheduling of showing appointments
Negotiation of contract terms
Provide advice throughout the inspection, appraisal, renegotiation and closing processes.
We go with you to closing and we handle all the paperwork except for the Seller’s Disclosure.

We charge only 4.5% commission to sell your home. We offer 3% to other brokers if they find the buyer, and take only 1.5% for ourselves. Some discount brokers offer less than 3% to cooperating brokers, making it less attractive for them to show your home.
If you also buy your next home through us, we will refund part of your listing commission. If your next home is a new home, we will refund even more.
