Park Street Animal Hospital specializes in the health care and treatment of small animals. We are located in Baytown, Texas. Park Street Animal Hospital provides professional veterinary medical care in a friendly environment.
Fall is hurricane season, what should I do to prepare for possible emergency or evacuation of my pets?
SMALL ANIMAL EVACUATION LIST:
1.2 weeks supply of food (dry and canned), can opener and spoon.
2.2 weeks supply of water in plastic gallon jugs, non spill water and food dishes
3.Flashlight & radio (solar and battery operated) and batteries for these
4.Cage/carrier (for each animal), labeled with your contact information
5.Leash, collar, harness (muzzle dog & cat) for each animal and stakes for tie outs.
6.Newspaper (bedding, litter) litter, litter pan, litter scoop. Trash bags and paper towels.
7.Familiar items to make pets feel comfortable (favorite toys, treats, blankets)
8.Instructions for diet for each individual animal including what not to feed in case of allergies.
9.Instructions for medications, list each animal separately, include dose and frequency for each med.
10. Copies of veterinary records and proof of ownership.
11. First aid kit
12. Maps of local area & alternate evacuation routes (in case of road closures)

Park Street Amimal Hospital is open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Closed on Saturdays

Our Park Street location is now closed. We moved on July 8th, 2009 to the North Main location and we are open for appointments at the new hospital.
Our new name is Animal Medical Center of Baytown and the new location is 4601 N. Main in Baytown. This location is between Baker and Cedar Bayou Lynchburg road on North Main Street.
Our doctors, support staff, services and phone numbers will remain the same. We will continue to provide the best veterinary care possible for your pets.
