We have joined forces with Alamo HeathCare Systems and are excited to welcome you to the new practice. Our new office address is 540 Madison Oak, Ste 620, San Antonio, TX 78258. We are located next door to North Central Baptist hospital. The new phone number is 210-798-PAIN (7246).

So what's new? At Alamo Healthcare Systems, we offer family practice medicine, neurology, and full spectrum physical medicine and rehab. We are now accepting new patients and we are here to help attend to all of your primary health care needs. Of course, we continue to offer expanded chiropractic services. And let's not forget to mention, we now acept ALL insurance at the new office!

BUT WAIT! We haven't completely left Thousand Oaks!
As a convenience to patients during our transition, Dr. Nelson will continue to maintain early norming hours (7:30 AM-8:30 AM) and limited Saturday morning appointments at Thousand Oaks through the end of 2011.
