The Texas Center for Medical & Surgical Weight Loss has been established exclusively for the advanced medical and surgical treatment of severely overweight individuals. We specialize in weight loss surgery, including laparoscopic gastric bypass, adjustable gastric banding Lap-Band), sleeve gastrectomy, and revision surgeries, including the ROSE procedure, throughout Texas. Our team of healthcare professionals offers a personalized, comprehensive approach to help each patient overcome the unique problems and challenges of obesity. While our office is in San Antonio, we serve all of South Texas including the cities of Austin, Round Rock, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Del Rio, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, and Laredo

They have undergone extensive training specifically in bariatric surgery, beyond that which is required by the American Society of Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery.

Surgery is performed at Center of Excellence hospitals in San Antonio, complete with state-of-the-art equipment and specialized nursing care.
We provide nutritional, exercise, and psychological counseling as well as support group sessions for our patients, both before and after surgery.
Medically-supervised weight loss is available for those who do not qualify for or who are not interested in surgery.
Our goal is to provide the tools, guidance, and understanding that can defeat obesity and transform health and lives.
