Our founding attorney, Joseph Reina, has been practicing law for over 20 years, is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and serves on the Board's Immigration and Nationality Law Examination Committee.

With 27 years of experience, Mr. Brian K. Bates, also Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, joined the firm in 2007 as Managing Partner of the Firm's Houston office.

All of our attorneys are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and admitted to practice in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Oklahoma, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Washington D.C., and Washington State.

Our staff includes persons from seven different countries and speak seven languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Armenian, Hindi and Urdu.
