How it all started.... back in the waning years of the sixties Charles A Cashdollar, affectionately known as
"Chuck" was still in high school and experimenting with ideas on deer feeders and tripods. He went to the
University of Texas and got a foundation in computer electronics and parlayed this knowledge into a business
that builds not only one the most solid and dependable timer units around but also feeders and tripods with
matched quality. The hunting industry has seen many a company come and go over the years and Chuck has
always said about his products, "they aren't the prettiest or fanciest in the world but they will be with ya a long
long time" which explains why customers can count on him year after year.. Many of the innovative ideas he
originated years ago for his products are used by others in the industry today. He founded South Texas
Tripods and Feeders in the early eighties and his reputation and products are know and used on some of the
largest ranches in the state. A true pioneer of the hunting industry and avid sportsman, he has devoted most
of his life to bringing to hunters, a product they can be proud of and dependable with years of service.
