Our focus is driven by fresh and exciting cuisine prepared by culinary trained chefs, commendable service, and a family history passed on from generations through the Raffa family. Raffa's stylish architecture and design deliver ambience and excitement. The restaurant interior is spacious with soaring ceilings and windows that overlook the waterfront and the plaza. The design features an open kitchen that energizes the bar area, a cozy wine room that seats 10, and two patios for al fresco dining. Daily "chef's" specials, innovative and eclectic twists, and American standards are our specialties. Sunday Brunch is most popular with the locals and is offered from 11 AM to 2 PM.
Raffa’s is owned and operated by Kingwood residents Tony and Leslie Raffa. The Raffa's have owned and operated Amedeo's Italian Restaurant in Kingwood since 1985. They have a combined 50 years of experience and dedication serving the Kingwood community.
Chef/Partner David Welch, a Texas native, trained in Paris at the Cordon Bleu and is the Executive Chef. Chef Dave, as he is affectionately known, graduated first in his class and was the recipient of the "Gran Diplome Le Cordon Bleu." David joined the Raffa’s at Amedeo’s in 2001 and became a Kingwood resident shortly thereafter.
