Heiman Ranch Dog Boarding Kennel is located between Alvin and Rosharon off of FM 1462. We have a 20 acre Ranch with a real country atmosphere for your pet. Our family owns and operates the Ranch, and we also reside here. Your pet will receive perpetual care while at our ranch. We have air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans, security cameras, security alarms, and background music. If you have more than one dog, you may board them together in the same suite, if you wish. We do offer a multiple discount.

We provide everything that your pet needs. We provide Purina Hi Pro dog food, but you are welcome to bring your own specialty food if you wish. If your dog has a medical condition and requires medication, we can administer that as well. We also know how to cater to elderly dogs with geriatric care if needed.

We sweep and mop the room everyday, give fresh food and water everyday, poopy scoop and hose out the outside run everyday.

We provide a clean, sanitized carpet for your dog to lay on, but you are welcome to bring your own bed, blanket, toys, treats or any thing else that you think would make your dog more comfortable.

Renita Heiman has been a breeder, whelped puppies and cared for dogs since 1986. She has been a member in good standing with the National Greyhound Association and Texas Greyhound Association since 1999. "I believe that dogs aren't just dogs... they're a very special part of our family. They're like our children, and we will treat your dog the same way while they're in our care," says Renita.

We have several options available for boarding: Suites, crates, and outdoor pens. A suite is an indoor air conditioned room 9x9 or 8x6, with clear doggie flaps to their own, personal outside fenced area. We sweep, mop and clean the room everyday. We scoop and clean the outside run everyday. We also provide Purina Hi Pro dog food, but you are welcome to bring your own specialty food, if you would like. Our crates are quite large and made of welded wire ( 4'L x 3'W x 3 1/2'H) and are also in the air conditioning. Crated pets will be turned out individually in our playday corral 6 times per day. The outside pens are 30ft x 30ft, with a dog house (with pine & cedar shavings) and has a man made shade and shade trees.

We charge $15.00 per 24 hours for each dog, or 2 for $25. if they can stay together. For an additional cost, you could add playdays in the play corral for $10.00 for each playday, Bathing, $10.00 for short hair, $20.00 for long hair, and toenails for $10.00.
We offer a SPA day, which includes a playday, a bath (including conditioner), a masssage, clipped nails, ears cleaned and a treat. The cost is $30.00 for short hair and $40.00 for long hair.
