We will need your name, address and telephone numbers.
Cleaning fees applied to 2 night rentals. 3+ nights are not charged cleaning fees.
One night rent will be required to hold your property, If less than 30 days, we will require a credit card & 1 night rent will be charged, and is non-refundable. Balance is due when you check-in & may be paid by credit card, money order or cash.
WE DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS
**Pet Fee is $35.00 per pet, non-refundable, one time fee due at check-in for pet friendly properties only.**

No Refund For Early Departure.

Requirements for Departure:

All Units Are Inspected & Inventoried
With-in 24 Hours of Departure
*All Trash Bagged *No Dirty Dishes
*Turn A/C to 85 degrees *Lock All Doors & Windows
*Return Keys to "Key Drop" @ 217 Gulf Street
*Any Items Left at Unit, to be Returned are Subject to a $25 Charge, Plus Packing & Shipping Cost - Please make sure you take all your chargers, clothing, toilet items and personal items with you when you check out.
There will be an extra charge if departure requirements are not fulfilled.

$30 processing fee on all cancellations.
Reservations cannot be transfered from one property to another.

Cancellation policy on Larger, sleeps 8+ properties is 60 days.
Smaller properties, sleeps 6 or less,is 30 days.
3 Night Minimum for All Holiday, SPRING BREAK or
Summer Season booking May 15-Sept 15
SPRING BREAK Reservations will be required to put a $500 cash security deposit. As well as the 1st night rent. Minimum Age 25 for all in party. Parents may not make reservations for high school children/college students
We try to keep all information up to date, but all property information is subject to changes.
Start up paper products are supplied, you will need to purchase or bring garbage bags, paper towels, coffee filters and bath tissue, as well as dishwashing soaps and bath soaps.
All our properties are fully furnished, have all bed and bath linens, kitchens are equipped with pots, pans and dishes, and large & small appliances
(full size stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.)
