It may be installed in single or multi-user configurations for small, medium, and large organizations. Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases are supported.
Managing the records life cycle is one of the most challenging aspects of records management. InSight's retention and destruction management features are dynamic and efficient. Records are compared against policies during the destruction process. Policies may include conditions that records must meet to qualify for destruction (e.g., whether a contract is closed or an audit is complete). Destruction may be deferred for individual records or all records associated with a class.
